Noora behind Rauha

Hello!

My passion to work with humans and their bodies ignited when I was young and searching for my purpose in life. I got encouraged by a wise person to study as a masseuse, this way I could help people. In 2014 there I found my love for human anatomy with all its complexicity and healing it.. and suddenly I was on a new life path I had no idea what it had in store for me.

For a while after my studies I was traveling and searcing for myself, but I did know where my path was heading, to become a physiotherapist. I graduated as a physio 2019 with a degree that made it possible for me to intern abroad in Nepal, Australia and Japan - and broad my professional interests and views.

When I graduated I found purpose in working with people who have come along with traumas, depression, anxiety, fears, chronic pains, mental health and insomnia symptoms in this life. That is how I got into the world of psychophysical physiotherapy and later on energy coaching.

"Rauha means to have and to be in peace. Rauha is old Finnish name from times, when peace of nature and harmony were the most important values. I have always yearned for the physical, mental and spiritual peace. Welcome to find and strengthen in peace with me.
