Choose this, if you have one issue/symptom for the follow-up therapy session or for the final meeting after ending the rehabilitation. Includes conversation, examination, practices, guidance to home and plan for the rehabilitation, or the finishing conversation and summary of the rehabilitation and plan how to go from here.
