In Rauha we focus on peace, trust and grounding. Here we value the safe space principles and you are welcome as you are body, hair, dressing, gender or any other wise.
The past years I have focused on trauma and chronic pain informative working, mental health and memory challenges, symptoms and diffrenent insomnia and fatigue symptoms. Also treating muscle and tension based migraine symptoms are close to my heart.
